The prices listed on the product pages include sales tax.

By default, the Austrian VAT rate is displayed for users who are not logged in. For users who are not logged in, the applicable VAT rate—and thus the price—may therefore change after they enter their billing information (country, VAT ID number, if applicable).

The correct VAT rate is already displayed for logged-in users. Therefore, as long as the billing information (country, VAT ID number, if applicable) is not changed before payment, the VAT and price will not be adjusted.

Shipping & Delivery

We sell only digital content and services (certificates of quality, seminars, consulting vouchers), which are not shipped. Therefore, there are no shipping costs under any circumstances.
